Akemi Miyazaki (née Akemi Ota) is an animator married to Hayao Miyazaki since 1965. Her sons are Goro Miyazaki and Keisuke Miyazaki. She first met her husband on the work of Gulliver’s Travels Beyond the Moon.For Studio Ghibli, she worked on Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and My Neighbor Totoro.
